II.                    Discussion/Action Items:

A.     Nomination and announcement of Board officers

B.     Approve homeowners’ annual dues increase to $300.00 for the 2026 year

III.                Public Comment:

The public may comment on any item on or off the agenda, but the Board may only respond to items on the agenda. Please limit your comments to three minutes.

IV.                President’s and Board members’ reports or comments

V.                    Adjournment

Meeting Minutes will be posted on the Miller Meadows website at https://millermeadows.com/index.php within 10 days after the meeting.

At the first board meeting, December 1, 2025 the following officers were elected:

Steve Muzinich-President
Katie Gillespie-Vice-President
David Knight-Treasurer
Sarah Dearing-Secretary
Sonny Javier-Director at Large

For this election, to bring us into compliance with state law, the Secretary and Director at Large will serve for one year. The President, Vice-President, and Treasurer will serve two. Going forward, each person elected to the board will serve two years regardless of their role on the board.
